We’ll simulate full pilot interviews with you and give you instant feedback to improve.

P.I.T. is for all pilots, both non-native English speakers and native English speakers, who want to improve their interview skills and answer quality, to go into their interview feeling confident they will succeed. You don’t have to have an interview booked, you just need to be ready to train. We work with Captains and First Officers, helping them to prepare technically and mentally for the biggest interviews of their careers.

With my background in Psychology, Communication Coaching, Recruitment, Interview Coaching, and Executive English, I had an ideal combination of experience, skills, and resources to apply my expertise to Pilot interview training. Plus, I have had a certain proximity to aviation for a long time because I have multiple family members and friends who are commercial airline pilots. 

In 2021 I was contacted by a pilot who saw that I was a successful interview coach, and he asked me if I could prepare him for his pilot interview with Emirates. I did a lot of research into pilot interviews, the questions, what airline interviewers want to hear, and what they don’t want to hear, and I agreed to help. He succeeded in his interview and he now works at Emirates. He passed my contact details to his friends and colleagues and since then, I have worked with many pilots, both Captains and First Officers, helping them to pass their interviews with an exceptionally high success rate. Every pilot I have worked with, has been referred to me by a past client.

This program is effective for all airlines, because the interview skills and answer techniques we teach, are applicable and effective for any airline, regardless of the questions asked. However, most of our experience is in training pilots for interviews with some of the biggest and best airlines in the world, such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Etihad.

Like most pilots preparing for their interview, I do my research. In addition to this, every pilot I work with gives me ffedback on the interview, the questions asked, any follow-up questions, and how friendly and open the interview was. With this instant, up to date feedback and my constant program development, I prepare pilots for the most relevant and frequently asked questions. That said, our answer techniques, will prepare you to confidently answer any question, even if it is one you weren’t expecting.

These are hard questions to answer because they depend on multiple factors, such as:

• Your current interview skills.
• Your preparedness.
• Your level of confidence in interviews. 
• The quality of your answer content for regular and TMAT questions. 
• How well you currently deliver and explain your answers.
• How much time you have before your interview date (if already booked).

Long story short, I’ll help you as much as I possibly can, in the most effective way possible, and in the shortest time possible. Obviously, the earlier you start preparing and practicing, the better. Ideally you would have at least 2-3 sessions, so we can simluate your interview, analyse and improve your answers and delivery, then practice and simulate again. However, I have worked with pilots for just 1 session, the day before their interview, and I have worked with pilots for 10+ sessions for total and near perfect preparation. Yes! I know that pilot rosters are demanding and sometimes unpredictable, especially if you need to cover additional flights for other pilots. We can book one session at a time, and if we need to reschedule, that’s not a problem.
